Return & Warranty Policy — Levart Concept
Every Levart Concept product is crafted with exceptional care and individually inspected before it leaves our workshop. We take pride in the quality, precision, and design of our trolleys, each one created to reflect our commitment to excellence.
Because each trolley is made to order, we are unable to accept standard returns once production has begun. However, if your trolley arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will, of course, replace or repair it. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thelevartconcept@gmail.com or on Instagram (@levart.concept), including clear photos of the issue so that our team can assist you promptly.
All Levart Concept products include a two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional faults that occur during normal use. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
If a warranty claim is approved, Levart Concept will repair or replace the affected part or product at no additional cost. In some cases, minor repairs may be handled locally with prior written approval. All returns or warranty claims must be pre-authorised by our customer service team.
All products must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging, unless otherwise agreed. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
