Can I personalise my trolley?
The trolley itself is not customisable. However, you can personalise the name tag with your initials (up to three letters) or up to three numbers. Choose between gold or silver finishes when adding your trolley to the basket.
Is the Levart Concept carry-on accepted by airlines?
Yes. The Levart Concept carry-on meets international cabin size requirements and is accepted by major airlines, including Luxair, TAP Air Portugal, Aegean Airlines, Lufthansa, Air France, Delta Air Lines, SWISS, and Edelweiss Air.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
If you’re purchasing a Levart Concept trolley as a gift, we can include a personalised insert or message inside before shipping (available at an additional cost).

What is your return and warranty policy?
Each Levart Concept product is made and inspected with exceptional care. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you immediately.
