These Terms and Conditions govern all access to and use of the Levart website, as well as any purchase of products, services, or memberships offered by Levart.
By accessing the website, placing an order, subscribing, applying for membership, or otherwise engaging with Levart, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with all policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the website or services. You may save or print a copy for your records.
For the purposes of these Terms, “Products” refer to physical goods sold by Levart. “Services” refer to any non-physical services, including travel planning, consulting, and coordination. “Private Members Club” refers to any subscription-based or membership-based program operated by Levart. “Third-Party Providers” refer to independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport providers, villa owners, charter brokers, insurers, and other external partners.
Any reference to “you” or “your” refers to any user, customer, applicant, or member.
You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable) and for all activities carried out under your account. Levart is not responsible for issues arising from inadequate internet access, incompatible devices, or user-side technical limitations.
Levart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the website. Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Levart may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or membership offering at any time, subject to applicable law and existing confirmed commitments.
Levart makes every effort to present Products accurately; however, images are illustrative and minor variations in color, materials, finish, or design may occur. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
Prices are displayed in EUR and may be updated at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at checkout, except in the case of an obvious error. Where applicable, customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or local charges imposed outside Luxembourg.
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery, subject to mandatory consumer protection law. Customers must inspect Products upon receipt and notify Levart promptly of any issues.
In accordance with Luxembourg and EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, customers must notify Levart in writing within the withdrawal period. Returned Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the Product is defective or incorrect.
Products that are personalized or custom-made are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If a Product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify Levart within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. In such cases, Levart will arrange repair or replacement at no additional cost.
All Products benefit from the mandatory two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Luxembourg law. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear. All returns and warranty claims require prior authorization.
Levart is not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, transport provider, ticket issuer, or insurer. Levart provides planning, consulting, and coordination services only. All actual travel services are delivered by independent Third-Party Providers and governed by their own terms and conditions.
Travel and hospitality services are inherently variable. Levart does not guarantee availability, pricing, specific outcomes, satisfaction, weather conditions, or experiences. All timelines and recommendations are estimates only.
Customers remain solely responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, health regulations, insurance, accuracy of personal details, and compliance with local laws and provider rules. Customers must verify all confirmations and arrangements provided.
Service fees are due as agreed and, except where required by law, are non-refundable once work has commenced or coordination has begun.
The Private Members Club is a limited-capacity, selective service operated at Levart’s discretion. Membership is not automatic and may be declined without justification.
Accepted members are required to pay a one-time entrance fee, followed by a recurring monthly membership fee. Membership fees cover access, availability, and ongoing relationship management and are non-refundable once the relevant billing period has begun, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Membership does not guarantee access, availability, upgrades, or outcomes. All services are provided on a best-efforts basis and depend on availability, timing, and Third-Party Providers.
Levart reserves the right to apply fair-use limits and to suspend or terminate membership without refund in cases of misuse, unreasonable demands, misconduct, fraud, chargebacks, illegal requests, or actions that harm Levart or its partners.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Levart does not store full payment card details.
Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of services or membership and recovery of associated costs where legally permitted.
All content on the website, including text, images, branding, and design elements, is the property of Levart or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Users may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, or engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
All Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Travel involves inherent risks, including delays, cancellations, provider failures, and external events. By using Levart’s Services, you accept these risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Levart’s total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amounts paid by you to Levart in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Levart shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, or Third-Party Provider failures.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Levart’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

Every Levart product is created with care, precision, and attention to detail. Each item is inspected before leaving our facilities to ensure it meets our quality standards.
In accordance with Luxembourg and European Union consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
